Im a creative artist. I always had to be creating some form of art since I was very little. My passions are watercolor painting, sculpting in porcelain, and presently creating jewellery from silverware.
I live in beautiful North Bay where I have raised three children (all grown and on their own) I have been married 26 years to a wonderful man(He hunts for some of my silver!) and he is very supportive.
I became interested in silver when a friend asked me to take a class with her. I learned how to make a ring an I got hooked right away. I've never enjoyed something so much. Rings led to bracelets, then pendants, then wind chimes. I'm always coming up with new ideas.
So far I don't use heat (I don't want to burn down my house). My products will change as I grow and learn more. My customers can look forward to some far-out creations being produced in the near future.
I have worked sixteen years in a nursing home. My health was really bad so I have been off for almost three months now. I would like to pursue my passion for art. It's scary to take this step.
